Terms of Service

By accessing https://www.sendforapproval.com or using Send for Approval products (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services are operated by BustBrain Labs, Corp. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) under the Send for Approval brand. Questions can be sent to support@sendforapproval.com.

Acceptance

These Terms form an agreement between you and BustBrain Labs, Corp.. You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Services Description

Send for Approval provides tools for sending work for sequential approval, collecting approve or request-changes responses, and tracking progress. Current products include:

• Document Approval for Google Docs^TM — a Google Docs^TM / Workspace add-on that lets you send a document for approval, capture a PDF snapshot, notify approvers in order, and collect responses through a review link. Marketplace listing (when available): Google Workspace Marketplace.
• Design Approval for Canva — a Canva app that lets you send a design for approval, capture a PDF snapshot, notify approvers in order, and collect responses through a review link. App listing (when available): Canva Apps.

Reviewers typically open a secure link to view the submitted snapshot and respond. Reviewers do not need a Send for Approval account, and the approval page does not grant them editing access to the original Google Doc or Canva design.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the Services
• Interfere with other users’ access to the Services
• Submit or share content that you do not have the right to submit or share
• Use the Services to harass, threaten, spam, or target individuals in unlawful or abusive ways
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Misrepresent your identity or your authority to request approval from others

Your Content and Approval Data

You retain ownership of the documents, designs, messages, and related content you submit through the Services. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, store, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Services (for example, to create PDF snapshots, send notifications, and serve review links).

You are responsible for what you submit and share, including ensuring you have any needed permissions from people whose information appears in a document, design, or approval request, and that you are authorized to send approval requests to the approvers you add.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• How you use and share approval review links
• Complying with applicable privacy, workplace, and confidentiality rules when sending documents or designs for approval
• Respecting third-party platform terms, including Google’s and Canva’s terms where applicable
• Keeping your devices, browser, and account access secure
• Ensuring approver email addresses are accurate and that recipients expect to receive approval notifications

Accounts and Access

Requesters access product functionality through the relevant platform (Google Docs add-on or Canva app) and any authentication those platforms require. Reviewers access approval pages through links we provide. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your connected accounts and for activity that occurs under your account or using links you distribute.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including branding, design, text, and software, are owned by BustBrain Labs, Corp. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials except as allowed by these Terms or with our prior written permission. Google, Google Docs, Google Workspace, and Canva are trademarks of their respective owners.

Third-Party Platforms

The Services interact with third-party platforms such as Google Docs / Google Workspace and Canva that we do not control. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. Send for Approval is an independent product operated by BustBrain Labs, Corp. and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or Canva.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services at any time, including changing pricing or free availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, including for approval requests, snapshots, email notifications, or review links.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that approval requests, snapshots, notifications, or review links will always be available, uninterrupted, accurate, or free of errors.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR APPROVAL OUTCOMES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BustBrain Labs, Corp. and its officers, directors, and agents from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time by ceasing use of the website and uninstalling or disabling related add-ons or apps. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue a product or the website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to BustBrain Labs, Corp., without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise. Courts with jurisdiction over BustBrain Labs, Corp. will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
